Thanks for your comments. Litigation is no fun for anyone (except, perhaps, the attorneys).

As I make clear to my readers – a plaintiff’s complaint is based on *allegations* against a defendant. Until such time as a judgment has been entered, defendants such as Mr. Cohen are innocent of the allegations made against them.

(Myself). I wanted to take this opportunity to say that there has been no infringement here whatsoever. I am clearly a victim here. Croft actually sold us Nipple Huggers for the last 6 years or so and the Next thing I know, I am being accused of copying her jewelry, package and all. I have done nothing like this. I was simply a customer of sheer delight and now I am involved in a lawsuit being falsely accused of patent infringment. Again, nothing like this has ever occurred. In the end, we will all know the truth and what Claudia Croft is really about….EXTORTION!!! I am open to any questions about this as I would like this person exposed as soon as possible to save the face of other innocent business people.
