Terms of Use

Florida IP Trends is a personal blog.  The primary author, Kevin Wimberly, is NOT giving out free legal advice.  I have massive students loans, a house payment, three dogs, two cats… you get the idea.  When I do give out legal advice, I generally prefer to be paid through my employer.  You’re reading this blog for free.  Inadvertent or otherwise, there may be inaccuracies, fallacies, half-truths, truths, and everything in between, and you should NOT rely on anything in this blog in any ongoing, pending, or future litigation.

You, the reader, and I, Kevin Wimberly, have no attorney-client relationship as a result of you reading Florida IP Trends.  As mentioned, this is my little place to be creative and offer my personal take on IP issues.  The views expressed in this blog are my own and not that of my employer, including any attorney and/or staff member associated with my employer.  Furthermore, this blog should not be considered an advertisement for employment.

If you accept these terms, please feel free to read Florida IP Trends and comment where appropriate.  If you do not accept these terms.
